Drive-Thru Cleaning Services
in Salisbury, MD

Keep Your Drive-Thru Clean, Safe, and Customer-Ready with Expert Cleaning Solutions

Drive-thru cleaning matters because these areas take constant abuse. Gas stations, fast-food restaurants, banks, and pharmacies all deal with a steady mix of foot and vehicle traffic, oil, grease, fuel residue, gum, and everyday grime. That buildup does not just make the property look rough. It also creates slippery conditions, harms first impressions, and increases wear on the concrete over time.

At Clean Power Wash, we handle commercial cleaning projects that smaller crews often cannot take on. We have more than 20 years of experience, more than $1 million in completed cleaning services, and the crew size and equipment capacity to handle serious commercial work. For large projects, we can bring multiple trucks and as many as 8-10 machines to keep the job moving.

We clean drive-thrus in Salisbury, MD, with the realities of active business operations in mind. We can work while your site is open with cones, signage, pump coverings, and sectioned-off work areas, or we can schedule the job after hours when that makes more sense for your operation.

Drive-Thru Cleaning
Pricing & Cost Factors Explained

Pricing Factor

Pricing details are available upon request. The final cost depends on what we are cleaning and what it takes to do the job safely and effectively.

  • Pricing varies based on both the size of the drive-thru area and the level of contamination, since lightly soiled concrete is very different from surfaces with heavy grease, oil, or fuel buildup
  • Heavily contaminated areas often require stronger degreasers, more dwell time, and additional treatment steps, which increases the overall scope of work
  • Layout and access impact pricing, as open and straightforward drive-thrus are easier to clean than sites with tight traffic flow, awkward corners, pump islands, or drainage challenges
  • Active business operations are considered, and cleaning during business hours requires added setup, safety measures, and coordination to keep customers and staff moving safely
  • Crew size and equipment needs are factored in, especially for larger commercial jobs that may require multiple trucks and machines to maintain efficiency
  • Additional services, such as gum removal, rust removal, or graffiti removal, affect pricing because they involve different processes, chemicals, and labor compared to standard concrete cleaning

Special Offers & Commercial Service Discounts

For repeat service on a monthly or bimonthly schedule, we may offer more aggressive pricing structures. That usually makes the most sense for properties that experience constant buildup and want to stay ahead of grease, staining, and safety issues, rather than letting problems compound between visits.

What Surfaces Are Cleaned
in Drive-Thru Areas?

2

Commercial Concrete & High-Traffic Surfaces

We treat these surfaces with strong caustic degreasers when buildup warrants it, then clean with large-surface cleaners for an even result across the concrete. Our process relies on high-flow pressure washing, not excessive pressure. That matters because the goal is to flush out contamination and clean evenly, without leaving striping or inconsistent results that can happen with the wrong method. The exact chemical approach depends on the severity of the contamination, and grease-heavy areas usually require more aggressive treatment than cleaner sections of the same property.

3

Specialty Stain & Contaminant Removal (Oil, Rust, Gum, Graffiti)

Some drive-thru stains require a different approach. Oil stains are penetrating stains, meaning they soak into the concrete rather than remaining only on the surface. We can usually improve them significantly, but full removal cannot be guaranteed. That is especially true when the stain has been there for a long time. Rust removal requires specialized chemicals, and graffiti removal uses a completely different chemical process from standard drive-thru cleaning. Gum removal also adds labor and changes the scope of the work. We are direct about that because commercial clients need realistic expectations.

Why Businesses Choose Clean Power Wash
for Drive-Thru Cleaning

Large-Scale Commercial Capability

We are built for larger commercial work. If a project requires more equipment, more crew members, or greater production capacity, we can scale up with multiple trucks and up to 10 machines on site. That matters when a property cannot afford to have a project drag out. A bigger setup lets us move faster on high-demand commercial sites while keeping the work organized and controlled.

Flexible Scheduling (Day or Night Service Availability)

We can clean drive-thrus while a business is open, and we can also schedule work after hours. Some gas station cleanings are done while the site is still operating, with cones moved and areas blocked off in short sections as needed. Many other commercial building cleanings are scheduled for the evenings or on weekends to minimize disruption.

Eco-Conscious Runoff Management Practices

We do not use a full reclamation system, but we do take runoff management seriously. For more visible commercial jobs, including gas station cleanings, we use filtration systems near drains and drainage systems to reduce what enters them.

Advanced Safety & Traffic Control Measures

Safety is a big part of commercial drive-thru cleaning. We use cones, sandwich board signs, and strategic sectioning to control the movement of people and vehicles through the work area. When we are cleaning around fuel pumps, we may cover the pumps to prevent customers from driving straight into the area being washed.

20+ Years of Proven Industry Experience

We bring more than 20 years of experience and more than $1 million in completed cleaning services to this work. That experience shows up in how we plan commercial jobs, handle active properties, and set expectations for results. For business owners and property managers, that means fewer surprises. We understand the difference between a straightforward wash and a more involved commercial concrete cleaning project, and we price and plan accordingly.

Our Proven Drive-Thru Cleaning Process
for Commercial Properties

Here's how we do commercial cleaning differently:

1

Site Assessment & Safety Planning

For commercial jobs, we commonly start with an on-site walkthrough with the client. We look at the areas with the heaviest grease and buildup, how traffic moves through the site, and where the drains and drainage systems are located. We also identify anything that requires special handling, such as fuel pump areas or sections that must remain accessible.

2

Job Site Setup & Traffic Control

Before we start washing, we set up cones, signage, and work-area controls. We use sandwich board signs that let people know power washing is in progress, and we block off sections in a way that still allows customer and vehicle movement where possible. At sites like gas stations, setup can also include covering the pumps while we work beside them.

3

Application of Degreasers & Cleaning Solutions

Once the site is controlled, we apply cleaning solutions appropriate to the contamination level. For commercial drive-thru concrete, that often means strong commercial-grade degreasers designed to break down oil, fuel residue, and heavy buildup. We do not treat every surface the same. Cleaner sections may need less aggressive chemistry, while grease-heavy zones require stronger treatment. .

4

Surface Cleaning & High-Flow Pressure Rinsing

After the degreasers have finished their work, we clean the concrete with large-surface cleaners and high-flow pressure washing. We are not relying on extreme PSI. We are using the right combination of chemistry, flow, and equipment to clean evenly and avoid streaks or striping that can make commercial concrete look worse rather than better.

5

Final Cleanup, Inspection & Client Communication

At the end of the job, we handle the final rinse, remove debris, and clean up the work area. If needed, especially at gas stations or entrances, we squeegee out areas to prevent customers from stepping into tracked-in water or leftover grime. We also communicate directly with the client about the finished work and encourage them to reach out if there are any concerns.

Service Policies & Satisfaction Approach

This service does not include a formal warranty or guarantee.

What we do offer is a reputation-based approach to customer satisfaction. If an issue needs to be addressed, we prioritize responsiveness and communication. That has been a big part of how we have maintained our reputation. We do not frame this as a blanket promise for every possible outcome, especially on heavily stained commercial concrete, but we do take customer concerns seriously and address issues when necessary.
